131 Scholarships for Diploma and Degree courses, UK
SAE have announced that they are to award 131 scholarships for diploma and degree courses at their UK colleges.
For over 30 years SAE have been training the world’s creative media professionals. Now with these unique scholarship awards SAE are making it easier than ever to get started on the creative media career path of your choice – are you ready to start your dream career?
My Creative Future has teamed up with SAE Qantm and Future Publishing to offer 131 scholarships for Qantm and SAE courses. Prospective students can apply for one of 11 full scholarships or 120 part-scholarship places in order to study a diploma or bachelor’s degree in your choice of Audio, Music Business, Film, Web, 3D, Design or Games Development.
All courses commence on the 28th September, 2009.
How to apply for full and part scholarships for degrees and diplomas: In order to apply, all you have to do is choose the course you would like to study and which SAE you’d like to study at, then tell us why you’ve always wanted to enter the creative media industry. It’s that simple!
Full scholarships waive all course fees, with potential savings of over £11,000. Part scholarships waive up to 50% of fees, guaranteeing savings of almost £6,000.
The following diploma and degree courses and locations can be chosen:
- Audio Engineering Diploma – Audio Engineering Diploma available at SAE London, SAE Oxford, SAE Liverpool, SAE Glasgow
- Music Business – Music Business Diploma only available at SAE London
- Film – Film Making Diploma available at SAE London, SAE Glasgow
- 3D – 3D Animation Diploma only available at Qantm London
- Web – Web Design & Development Diploma only available at Qantm London
- Games – Games Design & Development Diploma only available at Qantm London
- Design – Graphic Design Diploma only available at Qantm London
- SAE Tonmeister (requires a BA or BSc in a related field or similar work experience) – SAE Tonmeister course only available at SAE Oxford
All courses (with the exception of the SAE Tonmeister course) include an Apple MacBook.

Posting your ‘applications’ here and expecting progress is a pipe dream. Nobody gives scholarship based on pleadings and begging,rather on your scholarly ability and relevance of your intended degree to the awarding body.

Thank you for the unique opportunity given to me for the benefit of expressing oneself as a personal statement. I will like to commence brief history on personal educational career which followed thus. I started my educational career with calverginal primary school of Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. I proceeded into Ovwian Grammar School, Ovwian Delta State, Nigeria. I further got my ND Business administration,Auchi Politechnic. I move further into university of Benin, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. But thus unfortunately I scored three marks below the cutoff for the course I entered for which is business administration and the university admitted into industrial mathematics instead of business administration in which i applied for initialy.Thus sound highly unpleasant to me. Without choice I had to continue the industrial mathematics to my sophomore and transferred to business administration by starting in year one again. Most disappointing once again at the completion of my sophomore I lost my parents as my only sponsors which lead to the end of my education. Due to lack of finance I had to stop school and drop out completely.
More so, I knew that half education is dangerous and I never wish to stop at this level thus I started nursing the feeling to continue on a better and a conducive environment to further my educational career. I am personally on my opinion to become a graduate and move further onto postgraduate courses educationally for further studies on administrative and managerial courses. I wish to be admitted in administrative and managerial courses because my interest, career aspirations and talents is high in this regards. I have took some courses in them and the experiences I have gotten while working in a local firm here in Nigeria which I strongly believed will increase my grade and to come out with a very bright results.that is in flying colours.I am not in a full time education. some years after I left school I worked with a firm known as vonnet solution nig ltd. I was as an intern at the firm on a project on which involved the development of a local marketing network program which I headed my team. I have spent some part of my non working hours furthering researching certain aspect of the project as well as going beyond immediate requirement out of sheer interest. By way of working on such a project and through additional reading. I have developed a keen interest in administrative and managerial works.
I wish to study in UK for a better and pleasant environment. more so am penniless that is without funds to run my decree program which I have be nursing during my entire life. Thus I am seeking for scholarship over the years until a friend introduced me to you site. For all hope not lost and I am believing God for something good.
I have evidence to show that I can complete my education courses in English because I credited English as a subject in WAEC. while in my university I also did general studies (GST) courses in which I made good grades and all my courses as been assessed in English.
