2 PhD Project Positions University of Aarhus, Denmark
New Concepts for the Reduction of Exposure, Mobility, Toxicity and Risk of Organic Soil Contaminants (2 PhD project positions)
The National Environmental Research Institute in Roskilde, University of Aarhus, Denmark, is offering two full-time Ph.D. student positions in the context of collaborative research projects with the Technical University of Denmark and 16 European partners.
The two Ph.D. projects will have a duration of 3 years and will be carried out at the National Environmental Research Institute (NERI), under the supervision of senior researchers Ulrich Bay Gosewinkel and Philipp Mayer, as well as Lis Wollesen de Jonge (Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, University of Aarhus). The salary is about 40000 Euro per year.
The PhD students will be associated with two interdisciplinary research projects, REMTEC http://www.remtec.dk/ and
ModelPROBE http://www.ufz.de/index.php?en=16925.

The commencement date is AFTER 1 September 2008, as soon as feasible.
