2008 AGA and Conference Scholarship Programme
March 3, 2008The EFC is accepting applications for the 2008 AGA and Conference Scholarship Programme, an initiative that will cover the attendance of a limited number of delegates at the upcoming EFC AGA and Conference, “Fostering Creativity”, set to take place from May 29th – 31st 2008 in Istanbul, Turkey. The scholarship programme is aimed at foundation staff from all over the world.
Apply now to benefit from this opportunity to improve your management, leadership and grantmaking skills as well as to network with more than 500 foundation professionals from across Europe and beyond. Before you apply, please make sure your organisation meets the following criteria:
- Financial restrictions (the organisation should be unable to cover the costs of attending the conference)
- Transparent finances and activities
- Capacity to qualify for EFC membership
- Attending the whole AGA and Conference, not only pre-conference events
- Only one person per organisation
In addition to the application form, the AGA Secretariat also needs to receive the annual report of the applicant organisation. Priority is given to candidates and organisations who have not received scholarships to attend the AGA and Conference in previous years.
All applicants are reminded that grantseeking is strictly forbidden at the EFC AGA and Conference. Please note that there are a limited number of scholarships, and therefore not every eligible organisation will be able to receive one.
