I hold a masters degree in human rights. I am a mother of three little ones. i would request that the human rights watch considers the gender aspect and opens up for the women in third world countries to participate in the fellowship, because most of us acquire the knowledge and sit back because we do not get any opportunities around us to put this into practice. I will be grateful to hear from you.
Thanks
