why is usually scholarships confined to european and asian students while these people are rich and are able to carter for their education?.these scholarships should belong to students from third world countries.disriminative ways should be avoided.any undergraduate scholarship please?

i am from kenya and i am not happy with the way scholarships abroad are distributed among international students.every time a scholarship is announced,it either belongs to european or asian students.how can scholarships only be limited to studens in developed countries while we africans are perishing of poverty due to illetracy?i think this discriminative nature should be done away with immediatelly.i also need an undergraduate scholarship.any assiatance is highly appreciated.
