Scholarship Description: 2012-04-05 – ABB is pleased to announce that we have launched a cooperation program with the Hanoi University of Technology (HUT) to offer a scholarship for full time second-year students of HUT’s Electrical Shool of Engineering. The scholarships, offered by Jürgen Dormann Foundation (JDF) under ABB Group, aims at supporting talented students in the electrical field who might not have the means to support themselves for studying.The scholarships are granted for one full-year. The ABB JDF will pay 18,070,000 VND (for Hanoi resident student) or 21,670,000 VND (non-Hanoi student) in the first academic year. The ABB JDF will also be responsible for paying a one-time fee of 6,000,000 VND in the first year for computer equipment/ software. ABB will take part in an annual review of the student’s performance which will determine whether the scholarship is continued.
