2013 Late Cedric Arnold Seth Ferry funded Ferry Scholarships for Undergraduate Honours in the field of Physics or Chemistry at Flinders University in UK

Eligibility: Applicants must
-be Australian Citizens, and
-be under the age of 25 years at 1 January 2013, and
-be able to demonstrate financial need, and
-have obtained or be expecting to obtain an undergraduate degree majoring in Physics and/or Chemistry; and
-be eligible for enrolment in an honours degree in 2013.
Eligible applicants will be selected from those applying from any of the three South Australian Universities. Selection will be undertaken by the Ferry Board of Management in early 2013 based on academic merit and financial need.

Scholarship Open for International Students: Australia students can apply for this scholarship.

Scholarship Description: The Ferry Scholarship is funded by a bequest from the late Cedric Arnold Seth Ferry, for the purpose of promoting study and research in the scientific fields of Physics and/or Chemistry. The Ferry Scholarship is available to applicants undertaking an honours degree at Flinders University, the University of South Australia, or the University of Adelaide in 2013.

Number of awards offered: 6 Scholarships are offered.

Duration of award: Scholarship is offered for 1 year.

What does it cover? The scholarship is worth $7500 per annum in 2013.

How to Apply: The mode of applying is by post.

Scholarship Application Deadline: Do submit your applications till 31st January 2013.
