- This scholarship is open to students in their first year of the Bachelor of Laws program who are undertaking study on a full time basis as a Commonwealth Supported student.
- This scholarship is open to students who are Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia.
-Students must be able to demonstrate financial need and be able to provide supporting documentary evidence at the time of application, e.g. details of income tested Commonwealth income support payment, such as Youth Allowance, Austudy, ABSTUDY benefits, or other details of their financial circumstances.

Scholarship Open for International Students: This scholarship is open to students who are Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia.

Scholarship Description: This Scholarship has been established by Miss Jean Gilmore, a gifted student who studied Law at the University of Adelaide obtaining distinguished results.

Duration of award(s): The scholarships will be tenable for four academic years.

What does it cover? The value of the scholarship is $5000 per annul payable for a maximum period of four years.

Selection criteria: Selection of the successful candidates will be made according to academic merit and financial need. Academic merit will be determined according to ATAR scores or according to academic records from tertiary or post secondary level study.
