American University, School of International Service offers summer abroad scholarships for SIS graduate students to study abroad. Approximately ten (10) awards of up to $1,650 each will be awarded. Each award will be used to offset the cost of attendance at one of these programs. Awards will be based on scholastic achievement, commitment to advancing global service and/or improving international relations, strong motivation for participation in SIS Summer Abroad Program, AU faculty and financial need.
