Temasek Education Foundation is offering bond free scholarships to Singaporeans and youth from Asia for academic year 2013. The scholarships are for full time study at the Diploma or Basic Degree level. Scholarships are provided in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Social Sciences. Applications are invited from entry level and first year students of selected Polytechnic and universities.

Selection criteria will base on academic excellence, participation in extra-curricular activities, leadership skills and participation in social/ community work.

What does it cover? The scholarships will be for up to 3 or 4 years and will cover:
-Tuition fees (based on MOE tuition grants rates)
- A living allowance of S$500 per month
-A housing allowance of up to S$350 per month (where applicable)
-One way economy air fare to Singapore of up to S$1800 (where applicable)
