2013/14 University of East Anglia International Foundation Scholarships in Science, UK
INTO University of East Anglia is funding international scholarships for pursuing Master’s (MPharm) and undergraduate (BSc) degree level in the field of science. Two scholarships are available for September 2013 and one scholarship is available for January 2014. International student must hold an unconditional offer to an INTO UEA International Foundation. Student must intend to progress into a degree programme within the Faculty of Science at the University of East Anglia. Three International scholarships worth of £13,450 over two years are offered which cover 50% of the scholarship amount for the course fees.
Study Subject(s): Eligible degree programmes for scholarships include:
• MPharm Pharmacy
• BSc Biomedicine
• BSc Actuarial Sciences
• BSc Environmental Geography and Climate Change
• BSc Mathematics with Business.
Course Level: These scholarships are for pursuing Master’s(MPharm) and undergraduate (BSc) degree level at INTO University of East Anglia.

Eligibility: Applications to these scholarships are open to all international fee-paying students who:
• Hold an unconditional offer to an INTO UEA International Foundation pathway in: – General Science – Pharmacy, Biomedicine and Health – Physical Sciences and Mathematics – Mathematics and Actuarial Sciences
• And intend to progress onto a degree programme within the Faculty of Science at the University of East Anglia.
Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: International students can apply for these scholarships.
Scholarship Description: The International Foundation programme lasts for three terms and there are two start dates available: September 2013 and January 2014. Successful completion of the International Foundation programme (subject to meeting the specified course requirements) leads to direct entry to Year 1 of an undergraduate degree course at the University of East Anglia.
Number of award(s): Two scholarships are available for September 2013. One scholarship is available for January 2014.
Duration of award(s): Scholarships are offered for two years.
What does it cover? £13,450 over two years.
• 50% of the scholarship amount will be deducted from the International Foundation course fees.
• 50% of the scholarship amount will be deducted from the first year of your undergraduate degree fees upon successful progression to an eligible course at the University of East Anglia.

Notification: For September 2013 entry, All scholarship applications received by this date will be considered and successful candidates will be notified by Monday 15 July 2013.For January 2014 entry, All scholarship applications received by this date will be considered and successful candidates will be notified by Monday 25 November 2013.
