   i- I graduated from Science faculty, Alex. University with a BSc in Mathematics and physics with a general grade very good, excellent in the two final years, and excellent in the graduation project in the subject of applications of semiconductors in optoelectronic devices , photovoltaic devices and solar cells.
   ii- I did a one-year postgraduate pre-master thesis in solid state physics and material science with an excellent grade
   iii- I was awarded the master degree in solid state physics and material science in the branch of semiconductor heterostructures.
   iv- The master degree under the title of ” preparation and investigation the electrical properties of ZnTe/CdTe heterojunctions”

   v- I have 2 public papers from the master thesis.

   Current interests:

   I am interested in polymers properties and modification of the different physico-chemical properties of polymers by various methods in order to improve the industrial, biomedical, medical, agriculture and all technological applications used to make the life better.

   I am very interested in semiconductor science and applications, nanoscience of semiconductor, semimagnetic semiconductor, semiconductor heterostructures, quantum dots, wires, supperlattice……..etc.
   This can be concluded in, that I am interested in Solid state science with its subfields: (a) structure of matter, (b) transport, electrical and magnetic properties of matter, and (c) optical properties of solids and their temporal dynamics, d) surface and interface science, reduced dimensionality systems, nanoscopic and mesoscopic systems, quantum effects and transport, soft-matter solid state systems, single quantum devices, tailored matter, and even metamaterials and supersolids
   Why do i want to travel abroad?

   I want to see the world…and also culture…enjoy life mainly; i need to work with people of other culture and religion to form new knowledge about others.
