  7. Hi,
I am a woman of 40 from Indonesia. Especially Manado, North Sulawesi province.
I am now a lecturer in Sam Ratulangi University , Faculty of Engineering, Electrical Department, majoring in IT. Besides, I also lecture in other private university, such as De La Salle University in my town. I have 2 daughters (aged of 10 and 6 years old) to take care by myself.
Last year, thank God, after the long run and struggling, I have graduated my Master Degree (M.T) from Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB), West Java, Indonesia, majoring in Information System of Telecommunication (Telematics/IT). As a lecturer, I have to study further. So, I plan to study my PhD next year in the same University (ITB), since I have to bring my kids together with me. Because it is quite far from my hometown, and it will take long years (3 or 4 years) to complete. Another reason, I cannot leave them alone, since they have nobody to take care in their childhood. Please give me some information about your scholarship. If it is too late to apply for the year of 2009, can I have the opportunity for the next year ?? Please help… because I need it so much.
Thank you very much for your kindly attention and reply.

    Warm regards.
    Alicia
