I am a Kenyan citizen and currently I am looking for financial aid so that i can be able to join a local university. If I got a scholarship to study in any other country i would also appreciate.

I am graduated of accounting in Iran and doing master of commerce in India , will finish on april2009
How can I further my education in PHD of finance/accounting fields with scholarship in any recognized university
