The ADS Program is funded by the over 70 of the largest accounting firms and several state CPA societies. No funding for the Program is derived from the AICPA. Although the program is administered by the AICPA Foundation, a 50l (c) (3) nonprofit entity, ADS is not an AICPA program. The leaders of the largest firms spearheaded the creation of the program and other major firms have joined in funding the program.
