i want to study my M.Sc level in Higher University in my fields to improve poverty from my country
As you know our country Ethiopia is Water tower of norh east Africa but our poeple have a problem of potable water, We are in poverty but we have a large area of land which is to be irrigated this may improve our sustainable development, we have also a high potential of water resources that may lead our country in energy sector to expand our industry but still know we are not touch our goal due trained man power in the area of Water resources
I kindly request you to up grade me this may help me ands my counntry in the afformantioned fields.

How Could an African from Mozambique be helped to attend an high school (get a scholarship) to any country?
My dream is to attend a Environemtal Manangement’s course, and don’t carec where to study, although I sould prefere to be in India, Japan, China, even UK.
Basically, this purpose is to improve the experience obteined, specially, on the natural resourses, because I’ve been working for the government since 2003, at MICOA (Ministery of Environmental and Coordination Affiars) here in Mozambique.
