Meet the 2007-2008 Scholarship Winners
Scholarship Overview: The AICPA/Accountemps Student Scholarship program provides financial assistance to students who are currently majoring in accounting, finance, or information systems. These awards are intended to encourage students to consider careers in accounting and business.
Award Amount: $2,500 per recipient for one year. The award will
be sent directly to the school for credit to the
account of the student.
Number of Recipients: 5
Deadline: April 1, 2008 (postmarked)
Selection Process: A task force will review all qualified applications and select five scholarship recipients based on demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and future career interests in accounting and business. All applicants will be notified of the final selection by August 1, 2008.
