Applications are invited for Alpha Kappa Alpha Scholarships from college students to undergraduate and graduate programme. These AKA scholarships for college students are only one-year one-time scholarships. Selection Criteria: The following general criteria are a summary and applies to all award categories:
-Graduates must be a full-time (depends on schools qualifications) and currently enrolled student at an accredited degree-granting institution. On-line and accelerated classes are accepted. Graduate students must plan to continue their academic pursuits in the fall of the grant year. (graduate scholarship)
-Undergraduates must be a full-time and currently enrolled student with at least a sophomore standing at an accredited degree-granting institution (undergraduate scholarship)
-Demonstrated exceptional academic achievement/or financial need.

Notification: Undergraduate Awards will be announced in August and Graduate Awards will be announced by December.
