Dear Sir, my name is Melsachew Tadesse I am Ethiopian, Africa. I am living here since I was born. I have graduated BA degree in Economics with 3.09 average cumulative point from Hawassa University, Ethiopia, in 2006. I am working in Development Bank of Ethiopia as a Loan Officer. I have participated in socially worthwhile project identification, feasibility study & providing financial facilities starting from October 2007 to date. I am interested and able to upgrade myself to Masters Degree, but I can’t afford the cost which need for the program. As a result, I am forced to look for the international programs which give free scholarship assistance. I would like to ask you to give me access to Master’s degree scholarship in Development related fields or, and with this you will help me to upgrade my contribution to my country’s economic development pace there by my Country Ethiopia.
