Dear Gentelmen
For the sake of giving my
academic background, I was graduated from Bahirdar
university, one of Ethiopian university, by Bachelor
of education degree in Biology (major) and chemistry
(minor). I made correspondence with ITC institution
(Netherlands) and I have found admission letter in the
course of Natural resource management in 20005. For
this reason, I had applied to Netherlands fellowship
programme and World Bank Graduate Scholar ship
programme by fulfilling every criterion for two years
(20006&2007G. C) but they could not
release funds for me by saying that the competition
was high ( severe) that we could not give you priority
in this year. Again by giving hope for the coming
(third) year. Infact, the only reason I know that why
they did not give me priority is that my CGPA of
undergraduate study was too low. In this respect I
would like to search for first degree programmes
because my Ethiopian school leaving certificate
examination point was very satisfactory (given with
distinction) which was 3.4 (out of seven subjects I
had scored 3A’S 2B’S & 2C’S) If you are voluntary to
give me every crucial information regarding first
degree course or MSC course including financial
sources to pursue my study there I will be happy.
I need links, application forms, and fund releasing
organizations from you soon!

if you remeber last year time you have given me
promise to contact you again regarding this issue
(itc’s)and also the courses that are offered in your
oganization.
