The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) invites applications for the Arts Scholarships 2008/2009 which consist of two categories: -

  1. The HKADC Arts Scholarships, are funded by a private benefaction from the Croucher Hong Kong Charitable Trust. Applicants could enroll in either a one-year full-time study or a short-term professional course in a tertiary institution or attachment to an approved arts-related institution in the UK.
  2. The HKADC-University of Leeds Scholarships, are jointly funded by the Croucher Hong Kong Charitable Trust and the University of Leeds. Applicants are required to pursue an arts-related Master degree course offered by the University of Leeds.

Applicants must be permanent residents of Hong Kong. Scholarship recipients will receive stipend allowance, subsidies towards air passage and tuition fees (only if applicable).

Interested parties may collect application form from the HKADC Administration Office, 22/F 181 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong, or download it from the link below. Applications submitted in person must be dropped into the collection box by 6:30 p.m. on 31 March 2008 (Monday). Please mark “Arts Scholarships” on the envelope. All late applications or applications submitted via fax or email will not be accepted. Application submitted by post will be determined by the date on the postmark.
