I express disappointment in my failure to know about this year’s Beligian scholarship to uganda in time when I actually wish to access such an opportunity.

I am a female Ugandan holding a bachelor degree in Public Administration and Management with a CGPA 3.48 from Gulu University.

Currently I am working in a health related NGO based in Gulu, northern Uganda. The NGO basically provides medical, counselling and social support to persons and families infected or affected with HIV/AIDS.

I hold a masters in peace and conflict studies from makerere university and a post graduate diploma in project panning and management. I am desirous to go for a phd progamme and conduct research inthe areas of environmental peacebuilding. Ihave applied to makerere university already.
