Since,beginning of 2005 -April,2006 i worked being as crop production and terchniology destribution desk. from April 2006-April,2008 being as amanger and field coordinator of Derashe People Development Association (commuinity based development organization). From May ,2008 till now /December/ i have worked in humaniterian international organization named FARM Africa which focused on povorty reduction activites at grass root level for marginalized commuinity through participatory commuinity development approch. Meanwhile, as you know my home country ethiopia is least developed country and 85%of its population livelhiood is depend on traditonal agriculture ,no sufficent skilled man power to support the poor commuinty to come out from poverity and there is also problem in wise use of resources for sustinable use. Hence,i hae great interst and motive to up grad my study in development field to support the major part of the commuiniity in my home country and and any where if there is aneed.
