A Bioinformatics Postdoctoral Position at Institut Pasteur de Tunis
Description : The postdoctoral researcher in this position will be responsible for structural analysis of parasites genome and proteins. Work will include the phylogeny, comparative genomics analysis of parasites genome and proteins, data analysis, interpreting their results; programming on LINUX-based computers, including parallel and distributed systems; developing and maintaining web pages; literature search, presentation of research findings, writing technical reports and research papers for publication. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: A Ph.D. in computational biology is required. Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with statistics, R, and the LINUX operating system are essential.
