With a very humbleness & Obelized request to you is, may I can apply now for this scholarship, as I didn’t knowing about it previously?

I am a doctor, passed M.B.B.S. from madurai medical college, TN, and persuing ‘Master of Public health’ at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical science & Technology, Thiruvananthpuram, comes under Min. of science & tech. govt. of India. As there is no stipend is provided to us and also we can’t practice outside.

So, my request is please consider me and guide me for this scholarship.
