   my ratios in the certificate of secondary school are not high as is

   required,but i look forward to learn the correct science & knowledge and learning.

   iam studing now at the university of sudan in the faculty of

   engineering,department of communications engineering,3 years diploma.
   iam now in the third semester i want escalation on bachelor after i

   take my diploma,or study from the beginning if i had the opportunity now, because as you know, study &many other things

   here in the third world countries its non-random manner advanced.
   science our study here at the university its from historical curricula

   & up -to-modern times as in european countries and the countries of the first world.

   and we know that europe & the states of the first world is cradle of

   evolution and science & civilization & technology & inventions and

   for this moment we (the third world countries) we can be like

   europe and the first world countries in science and development & many other things.

   i try to depend on my self so i search on the internet for the costs

   of universities in usa ,canada & england & australia and many

   other countries in order to pay to my self, but i foundit expensive

   for my family circumstances do not permit this fees, so i began

   to lose hope, but i said to my self (not giving up) there is one last

   hope its the scholarship, so i wich to let my hope become true.

   others.

    I am Justus N. SImali, a Kenyan aged 42. I completed my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nairobi in 1991 before joining the government as an information officer in 1995.

    I underwent a diploma training in Development journalism from the Indian institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi.

    Currently, I work as a communications officer (Public Relations) for the Ministry charged with the responsibilities of developing Arid areas of Kenya that cover about 80% of the country’s landmass.

    My dream has been to acquire sophisticated knowledge in communication to empower me actively participate in shaping the world, more so my country, by providing the right information that is instrumental in peace building, a prerequisite for development hence poverty reduction.

    To achieve my dream, I strogly believe with a masters degree, it would be a vital step towards that goal.

    Incidentally, I have children in secondary schools, coupled with thoseI support from my immediate family due to the humble background I come from, I am unable to fund this kind of training on my own.

    This scholarship programm interests me in the sense that many a people from around the world benefit from your arrangement who could otherwise have not furthered their education careers and this is an investment worth commend since it is a distinguished investment in global human resources.

    It is therefore my kind request that you assist me get a full scholarship for the Masters degree and join other intellectuals in improving the lives of millions of people in the world.

    I’m Desy from indonesia. i didn’t know what i am to be after i had graduated from senior high school in my home town. i didn’t have any changes to continue my study because of financial problem. but the following year i got my answer what i want.
