The China Scholarship Council (CSC) and Griffith University is offering scholarships to Chinese graduate students. These scholarships are available to pursue PhD degree programme at Griffith University in the UK.
The aim of the scholarship is to give Collaborative research opportunities to Chinese students.
Griffith University is a public research university. Griffith University is engaged in outstanding scholarship that makes a major contribution to society and to produce groundbreaking research
Course Level: These scholarships are available to pursue PhD programme.
Study Subject: These scholarships are available in the subjects offered by the University.
Scholarship Award: The scholarship will cover tuition fee scholarships to cover the full cost of tuition for up to 48 months and Overseas Students Health Cover for 42 months, as well as other economic support, such as providing teaching assistant or research assistant positions. CSC will provide a living allowance by the Chinese Government for up to 48 months, a return international airfare, and visa application fees.

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the following area for the scholarship:
- Applicants must meet candidate eligibility requirements as prescribed by CSC and Griffith in accordance with their rules and policies.
- The favored areas of study for this program are drug discovery, environmental studies, nanoscience, and water science; however, this program is extended to all research areas.
- Candidates must fulfil all relevant academic entry requirements, including the prescribed level of English language proficiency for PhD admission and scholarships at Griffith.
- Candidates are required to hold a bachelor degree with first-class honours or second-class honors (Division A), or a masters degree incorporating a significant research component, from a recognised institution; or equivalent. Candidates must meet the selection criteria set out by CSC.
Nationality: Applicants of China can apply for the scholarship.

English Language Requirement: All Higher Degree Research (HDR) applicants are expected to have reached an appropriate level of proficiency in English
