My name is Didarul Islam from Bangladesh. I have completed my graduation in B.Sc. Agricultural Engineering in 2006 from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh and I have also completed my post-graduation in M.S. Farm Power and Machinery in June,2008 from the same University. Now I wish to have a heigher study in the any of the field of Agricultural Engineering/ Technology. I wants to get admision for scholarship in optics for master’s programein this year(2009) .
I studied appliedphysics during my undergraduate at university of Gondar and currently working as an assistant lecturer giving lectures in Adama universtiy.
Now I am very eager to do my master’s study in optics in science and technplogy is to understand the core physics concepts behind the frontiers in optics such as detection of radiations medical imagingphysics quantum optics .
My insite to these is due to the wide and application in industries&technologies,computer system, telecommunication,medical treatment to mention afew.
My home university,university of Adama, is a recently established university.currently,it is expanding its research areas according to the strategic plan of the government of Ethiopia like expansion of lines using the fiber optic.
The applied physics is one of the research areas where it is trying yo deeply involved and effictive and qualified man power in optics is requierd.
If admitted,I will have a solid knowledge in optics then I will apply the tangible and sincere knowledge obtained to the above broad problems and to train the undergraduate applied physics studentes to have base knowledge in the innovation of optics and its application in area of industries and technology in Ethiopia.
