Just want to ask a question. Why is it difficult to get schorlarship for Mathematician? Or can I just say why is it limited.

I am a Liberian national and currently a graduating senior from the University of Liberia majoring in Economics and minor in Political Science with emphasis in International Relations.

I am left with 12 credit hours and is expected to graduate in December 2009.However,I feel that this is the best time to commence my search for a suitable scholarship at the Master levels in the anyone of the following fields: Master in Public Administration/International development,Master in Business Administration.Master in Project development and Management,Master in public policy or International Relations.
However,I am being constrained in my search for the fact that most scholaship granting institutions are demanding for individuals that have already graduated with a degree. In view of the foregoing,is there anything that I can do to emerge successful in these searches?
