The University of Auckland is offering six SKM civil engineering scholarships for pursuing undergraduate degree level. Scholarships are offered in the form of $50%, $75% and 100% of compulsory fees. The Scholarship will normally be available for each subsequent year of study. The main purpose of the scholarship is assist and encourage students taking the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) majoring in Civil Engineering at the University of Auckland. The Scholarship is tenable by students who are citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand. The application deadline is 31st March 2014.

Eligibility: -To take up and be paid the Scholarship, the recipient must be enrolled and have paid the fees, or arranged to pay the fees for Part II, Part III or Part IV of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering.
-The Scholarship will normally be available for each subsequent year of study. The value of the scholarship will be 75% of compulsory fees for Part III of study and 100% of compulsory fees for Part IV of study.
-The Scholarship is tenable by students who are citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand.

Scholarship Open for International Students: The students of New Zealand can apply for these scholarships.

Scholarship Description: The Scholarship was established in 2004 and is financed by SKM. The main purpose is assist and encourage students taking the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) majoring in Civil Engineering at The University of Auckland. This will enable SKM to support the engineering profession by being involved in the education of future engineers and create personal mutually advantageous links during the term of the scholarship between the scholarship provider and the recipient.

Number of award(s): 6 scholarships will be offered.

Duration of award(s): Scholarships will be offered for up to 3 years.

What does it cover? Total offer is-Part II $50%, Part III $75%, Part IV 100% of compulsory fees. The Scholarship will normally be available for each subsequent year of study. The value of the scholarship will be 75% of compulsory fees for Part III of study and 100% of compulsory fees for Part IV of study.
