   I obtained a Master dergee in Educational Management (Spcecialised in Personnel Administration) from University of Ibadan,Nigeria;and I propose to commence my Ph.D. come 2009,either in the said institution or,preferably,outside Nigeria. Whichever.the fact remains that I need scholarship grant to run the programme as I am self-sponsored due to my poor background.

   I am research asistant in Department of Basic
   Oncology, Oncology Institute,Istanbul
   University,Istanbul,Turkey. And Im a doctorate student
   of cancer genetic programme. I have been studying about
   angiogenetic factors, quantitative gene expression,
   polymorphisms, PAGE, ELISA etc.. I usually work with
   patients with renal cell carcinoma and prostate
   cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
