Eligibility

To be eligible, must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Citizens from Home/EU are eligible to apply.
  • Applicant must pursue a doctoral degree at the University of Exeter in the UK.
  • The University of Exeter invites applications for any of the specialisms from candidates with a strong academic background and a clear and engaging research proposal which can be developed through available research supervision. Successful applicants normally have a good first degree (at least 2.1, or international equivalent) in a relevant field of humanities and have obtained or are currently working towards a masters degree at Merit level, or international equivalent, in a relevant field of humanities.

How to Apply

  • How to apply: To apply for the fund, participants must have to take admission in doctoral coursework at UE. After being a university student, you can apply for the reward by submitting the supporting documents.
  • Supporting Documents: Submit some personal details and upload a full CV, research proposal, transcripts, details of two referees.
  • Admission Requirements: For admission in the doctoral program, you need to have a graduate and postgraduate degree certificates.
  • Language Requirement: If English is not native language then you will also need to satisfy our English language entry requirements.

Benefits:

All tuition fees will be paid and an annual maintenance grant will also be given for three years. The maintenance grant will be £13,726 per year.
