I was nominated twice by my Vice Chancellor of University of Abuja but yet could not enjoy your scholarship. In 2008 application you wrote to him that my certified copies of academic transcripts and a referee report from one of my referees Prof.P.A.Onyeyili were reqiured for final screening ,but that information did not reached me until after the Executive Secretary of the Scholarship Commission in united kingdom wrote to me that I was unsuccessful. On getting the information I sent all the required documments stated but yet could not scale through.I therefore hope that something could be done about it .I however collected the 2009 Application form from my University intending to send it to the awardind body in UK as a last attempt to see if I will finally be successful.

Hello,
I am very much glad to know about this scholarship program for trhe commonwealth countries and including refugees, but i am confused in the area where as may considering refugee living in a country where we have graduated from high school and didn’t have chance to enter university or college due to some reasons like: where you live as refugee is a french speaking country and we don’t have any university and you could not join them because of their language in school or finiancial problem and you didn’t have the chance to returned to your home country or any english speaking country for education because of the same financial problem and now you are wiling to continue your education upon seeing this scholarship program and only mentioning degrees holders. can you give an opportunity to this person to pursue his education as refugee with out any degree from university or college? If yes please inform me and i will await your answer and wish it best on my request.
