I am looking for a sponsor. I am from Uganda , East Africa, I studing law at the Islamic University in Uganda, Kampala campus, on self sponsorship but I do not have adquete resources to finance all the requirements of the university in the course. I am kindly seeking for help in that direction . I shall be very thankfull to whoever may came to my rescue.

i am now 41 years old , i have Both M.Sc and Ph.D in the field of civil engineering , (construction materials), from Iraq, because of the conditions paased through my country I had no chance and apportinuties to study abroad and to comminucate with other universities, even though i have some publications in the international conferences, but i hope i can find a schoolarship for another Ph.D in one of the countries studying in english doing the research in my field so that I have more opportinities to comminucate with other researchers and professors looking for new developments in my field
