Course Level: This is a three months research fellowship programme.

Eligibility: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for this fellowship:
- Candidates are therefore invited to submit their ideas for a research project to improve the understanding of communications regulation, contributing to the more efficient or effective regulation of the sector and/or the sharing of best practice.
- The fellowship is open only to nationals of the CEPT member states.
Nationality: The fellowship is open only to nationals of the CEPT member states. Applicants from European countries outside the EU are eligible to apply for this fellowship.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.
English language Requirements: Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.
