We are looking for scientists interested in isolating and characterizing stem cells in embryonic tumors of childhood. Methods used include stem cell cultures, assays for self-renewal and differentiation, FACS analysis, cell sorting, immunocytology/–histology, qRT-PCR, protein analysis, signal transduction and orthotopic mouse tumor models.
