Salary £25,888 (pro-rata)
We wish to appoint a 10 month 0.5 Teaching Fellow to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Music. You will be expected to contribute to teaching of existing units in one or more of the following areas:
- Popular music and jazz studies;
- History and analysis of Western music;
- Tonal harmony and counterpoint;
- Composition.
You will be expected to assist in the design and delivery of other units on specific topics as necessary and to share in the second marking of undergraduate coursework and examinations, including performance. You will also be expected to act as a personal tutor to a small number of undergraduate students.
