University of Sheffield is pleased to offer range of scholarships to students of high academic ability for 2016 entry. Egyptian students are eligible to apply for these scholarships. Scholarships are awarded to undertake postgraduate program at the university.
The University aims to assist international students who require financial assistance with scholarships specifically for International students.
The University is ranked 97th in the world and 15th in the UK according to the 2015-16 Times Higher Education World University Rankings, a rise of three and 24 places respectively.
There are high entrance requirements for masters degree programmes at Sheffield reflect the quality of the University. Applicants may be required to take an internationally recognized English language test such as IELTS.
Course Level: Scholarships are available for students to pursue masters degree program.
Study Subject: Scholarships are tenable in all subject areas at the university of Sheffield.
Scholarship Award: The scholarship is worth 50% of the Postgraduate yearly tuition fee per year. The scholarships will take the form of a fee reduction.

Eligibility: Scholarship has its own set of eligibility criteria which you should check carefully to make sure you are eligible before you apply. The scholarship will be awarded to international on the basis of merit.
-To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must be self-funding and classed as ‘Overseas’ for fee purposes AND an Egyptian national or permanently domiciled in Egypt, apply for a study place by Friday 24 June 2015 for entry in September 2016. The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and the supporting statement. The final decision will be made by an academic panel. If you wish to be considered for this scholarship you need to apply online, the application link will be distributed to eligible students by email from January onwards. Applicants cannot apply for the scholarship before being offered a study place at Sheffield.
Nationality: Egyptian students are eligible to apply for these scholarships.
College Admission Requirement: A good undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification, Three years to five years’ postgraduate work experience. This should include appropriate experience as a manager or in a supervisory role and On occasion, the university may consider delegates without a first degree but with significant management experience
English Language Requirements: Applicants may be required to take an internationally recognised English language test such as IELTS. You need IELTS 7.0 with no component below 6.
