There will be a joint Elks National Foundation and New York State Elks Association scholarship competition for the 2008-09 academic year.
The Elks National Foundation Most Valuable Student – Finalist Scholarship/Leadership Award will offer 25 scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $15,000 each year for four years……….
