Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarships, Australia
The Endeavour IPRS scheme is both prestigious and highly competitive. The scholarships provide the recipient with tuition fee and health care cover for the duration of their research program. In addition, each successful Endeavour IPRS recipient will be offered an ECU International Stipend (ECUIS) to meet living costs for the same period. The ECUIS is currently worth AUD$25,000 per year (tax free). Endeavour IPRS / ECUIS applicants must have an outstanding academic record and a significant publication record. Successful applicants normally have academic qualifications that are equivalent to either an Australian Bachelor degree with First Class Honours or an Australian Master degree by research. Applications from students with lesser qualifications will not be considered.
Open for applications from July 1, 2010 until August 31, 2010.

I’m G. Marina Sandarenu Perera, Studying in Sri Lankan university
(Sabaragamuwa university of Sri Lanka). It is one of the reputed government universities in Sri Lanka. I’m studying as a final year student belongs to Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences. I’v followed a four year (Special) Food Science and Technology degree program. I have completed my degree program inthis year (2010).
I have already obtained a second class upper (3.6545 GPA) and I’ve scored pretty good marks for all four years with my bachelours. I have become the batch top during 2nd year 1st semester and 3 rd year 2nd semester (GPA 4.0). I’ve successfully done my 4th year 1st semester mini project
(develop a veggie tofu burger by enhancing nutritional value and
flavor). I have done my final year research project in Unilever Ceylon Ltd Company Sri Lanka. i have successfully trained an expert sensory panel for dev.food depertment it self with using Common Flavour Language(CFL) for my final year reseach
program.
I strongly need to pursue my education up to doctoral level. But the only problem that I face at the moment is that I do not have sufficient money to pursue my education since my father and mother both are retired government servants.
