I hold a BA (Social Studies) in Political Science and Public Administration from Moi University, Kenya. I intend to proceed with MA International Relations, but I lack funds. My undergtraduate fee was made available through the Goivernment’s loan and bursary facilities. It does not however provide for students who have just completed their first degree.
