i am a civil engineering , water department . i have graduated this year wz an excellent rate and 80% degrees and now i,m trying to get my master degree and i need to get a scholarship that helps me to increase my knowledge knowing that i can deal wz so many high softwares as AUTOCAD,GIS,PLAXIS,WEAP,WMS,GS-USA FRAME and i,ll be thankful if u could help me.

I am Temesgen Samuel from Ethiopia. I earned my B.Sc degree in Hydraulic Engineering from one of Ethiopian Universities, Arba Minch University (formerly Arba Minch water technology Institute) on July 21st, 2007.

Ethiopia is endowed with abundant water resources potential. However, the progress made in the fields of water development is not significant, so far. Although the country is blessed with substantial hydropower resources, we are among the lowest in terms of per capita electric consumption in the world. Despite the significant surface and ground water potential, Ethiopia has been exposed to cyclic drought and resultant famine due to rapid population growth, environmental degradation, and erratic rainfall patterns. I, therefore, would like to recommend my self at the forefront in solving these problems of the country through sustainable development of our water resources by upgrading my profession in post graduate study.
