I have been working professional working with different Go and NGOs since then. My work experiences included as Production Manager for one year with Coffee Plantation Development Enterprise, Junior Researcher I, II, up to Head of the research Horticulture research division at Bako Agriculture Research Center for two years, Program Officer with Community development Service Ethiopia (Local NGO) for three years and now Agronomy and Irrigation office at International Development Enterprise/ IDE/ since last August 2009.

My name is Diba Gutu; I have diploma in general agriculture with a cumulative GPA of 2.99 from Ambo college of Agriculture and Bsc degree in Horticulture with a cumulative GPA of 3.50 from Jimma university college of Agriculture and veterinary medicine. Since my graduation in 1999, I was serving at Oromia Irrigation Development Authority and Oromia Rural and Agricultural Development Bureau as wereda expert, head and vise head offices serving for 8 years and 4 months.
But now I am working in Ministry of capacity Building as public relation expert from Oct, 2008 up to now. Totally I have almost 9 years and above work experience. Having said this, it was my aspiration and desire to have MSC degree.and I will be happey if you give me the opportunity of masters in any related feild.
