The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers EURUS Master Programme at University of Tartu in Estonia. The students from Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Afghanistan are eligible to apply. The scholarship is provided for European Union Russian studies MA programme. The scholarship covers tuition fee for one academic year (3200€), monthly allowance, partly insurance and residence permit. Students will be notified personally by e-mail. Submit online application by 16th April 2013.
