I am a Uganda aged 34 and a graduate in Social Sciences from Makerere University, Kampala (Uganda). I have 7 years exprience in development work with a focus on human rights and development. I have a strong desire to pursue a masters and even a PhD in development studies or related field. i would love to do it in Europe (Belgium) for exposure reasons. Besides, I have tried to also do it in Uganda but financial constraints have hindered me. Through out my undergraduate, I struggled to find tuition. There have been a number of competing priorities in my life with little means to meet them. A scholarship for a post graduate programme in Europe would expose me to skills and knowledge that would make me very competitive back in Uganda and this will answer my life needs including those around me.

am an African and a Tanzanian in particular. I have completed an advanced diploma in journalism and undergone postgraduate diploma in international business management. At present I have awarded a chance to undertake master in Public Adminitration here in Tanzania.

I intend to start the course by the fall of this year, but financial constraints is a big stambling block to do the course. Please help me to fulfill my dream.

Am Ocitti Isaac,a second year wildlife health and management student at Makerere University in Uganda.I am currently meeting big financial challenges towards my education at the University and this has even shut down my very strong ambutions to master in microbiology or public health as i had been dreaming of.
Could there be any possibility of my self being helped financially to enable me finish my course which am left to finish in two years time?,Is there any early booking for a masters one can make before he finishes his first degree?,and finally,why are most advertisements on this webside for masters students only, yet so many poverty stricken but ambutious students in African and Asian developing countries are yet hunting for opportunities to have their first degree which is a prerequiside to getting a master.
