Scholarship in ISS Netherlands

I have already got the conditional admission at ISS for the course of post graduation on governance, democratization and public policy. I applied for the scholarship in NUFIC /embassy of Netherlands in Kathmandu. Since I have been working in INGO (save the children) the embassy did not accepted my application. I don’t have capacity to pay for the scholarship. Could you please help me to explore the alternatives to find financial support for the study ? Thank you for your support.
