    First off all let me to introduce my self. My name is Nour El-Dein Salah , I am American citizen but I live in Egypt. My father is professor in Faculty of Agriculture in Egypt. He obtained his Ph. D. from USA in which I was born there in 1985, and lived three years. I retained back to Egypt and complete my studies. I graduated from faculty of engineering Electrical Departments “Electronic and communication section”. My graduation project was Mobile ECG which is small device that is used to transmit the heart signals wireless to the doctor PC as the patient in anywhere can connect this small device to his body and send his signals to the doctor pc which will advice him wither to go to him or to go to nearest hospital. This is a brief description for my graduation project (my project get the first place in exhibit for youth inventions ). After that I had a diploma in software Engineering for nine months which was under supervision Ministry of communication and I adjust finished it the last month.
    I would like to continue my study in the field of “communications and computer”.
    I appreciate you if you give me a chance to obtain a followship as teaching and research assistance in your department.

    Hi, my name is Winder Loeak. i am a first time college student here in the Marshall Islands. I am currently attending the College Of The Marshall Islands, which is the only College here in the Marshall Islands. The college is consist of four majors the they are business, Liberal Arts, elementary education, and acriculture. so why study when you’re not interested in the majors? my reasoning of this request is obviously seeking a free scholarship, and especially to have the opportunity to study what i want to study. i’d rather be more happy if i’d study at your country! thank you very much..

    ppl first of all i would like to say that , it is not a proper forum for applying for Ph.D postion. This is a comment section , not application booth. Secondly they would select you on the basis of your talent /skill and not on the basis of how much you require scholarship money. So they would Only consider you , if you are bringing something to the table. trust me on this. i apologize if sounded rude, but couldnt see, such appalling situation of CS guys.
