The University of Windsor is inviting applications for fully funded PhD Position at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The position is open for pursuing Ph.D. program at the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering.

The successful applicant will work on the research topic, “Hydrodynamic Modelling of Microbial Distribution in the Great Lakes Region” under the supervision of Dr. Rajesh Seth, Professor.

University’s selection for this position will be made on the basis of academic merit, language skills, and publication record. The eligible applicant will receive $ 21 K/ Year for the duration of three years (from project funds).

Eligibility

• A Master of Applied Science/ Engineering (thesis based) degree in Environmental/ Civil Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with a research background in watershed/ hydrodynamic modeling will be preferred.
• The position is available in Hydrodynamic Modelling of Microbial Distribution in the Great Lakes Region.
• Excellent communication skills in technical English (both oral and written) are essential.
• The selection process will be made on the basis of academic merit, language skills, and publication record.
• The applicants must be strongly motivated for graduate studies and be able to work independently towards the objectives of the project.
