Gen and Kelly Tanabe USA Scholarship, 2013

The Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship Program is a merit-based program which aims to help remove this obstacle by providing deserving students of all ages with scholarships that can be used to pay for college or graduate school. This scholarship is for 9th-12th grade high school, college, or graduate student including adult students. Student must be legal resident of USA. Students must be currently in school or planning to start school within the next 12 months. The scholarship covers $1,000 scholarship which includes tuition, room and board, required fees or any educational expense. A selection criterion is primarily based on submitted personal statement.

The Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship Program aims to help remove this obstacle by providing deserving students of all ages with scholarships that can be used to pay for college or graduate school. The first scholarship was awarded in 2001 and since then the scholarship program has been awarding money to help students pay for school.
