The fifth Globelics Academy,Tampere, Finland, 2–13 June 2008
The aim of the Globelics Academy Ph.D. School is to support the training of Ph.D. students from different parts of the world who are writing dissertations on issues related with innovation systems. The Academy brings together frontier researchers in innovation with Ph.D. students from developing countries in order to inspire and qualify their work as well as to help them to join high-quality research networks in their field of research.

Since teaching the Disabled is not that much grown in Ethiopia.
